The first conference was held in 2001, and has since become one of North America's largest Islamic conferences.

The institute serves different segments of the Muslim communities with focus on youth development through regular halaqas, workshops, and conferences.

The Womenpreneurs Expos were created for business owners to get the word out to the community and an opportunity to showcase their products.

The aim is to exhibit the creative entrepeneurship of Muslim Business Owners.
